UK Process / Delivery Time
I am currently on a 2 week turnaround time due to all apparel being made to order.
(I order the apparel straight away from my suppliers, give 1-2days to be delivered to me and then embroidered/printed before dispatching to you). I do my absolute best to get orders out before the turnaround deadline hits.

All Plushies are also included on the 2 week turnaround due to how many mini tees I have to print.

All pet accessories I aim for a 1-2 day turnaround time due to all materials already being with me & they’re quick to get made.

There are two options for delivery -

• 24hr Tracked (Next Day delivery once dispatched )

• 48hr Tracked (Takes a couple days once dispatched)

The delivery times above are estimate only - and these times only apply once items have been dispatched after the 1-2 week turnaround time.
[E.g. the next day delivery option does NOT mean you’ll receive your order the day after you order].

International Orders
Unfortunately, at this very time, I only ship internationally through orders from my Etsy shop - WildFoxbyRowan - so be sure to check it out there.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All of the above are accepted.
I am more than happy to help in any way that I can if there is an issue with your order (please contact me via the 'Contact Us' page).

Items will need to be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. And the returns cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges are eligible if the apparel or pet accessories are damaged or if the sizing isn't right for you/your pet, but PLEASE use our size guides provided on each listing to avoid exchanging apparel as much as possible. (This is mainly due to me having to order the apparel, so it would be another wait time for it to arrive & embroider/print the design again).
Items will need to be returned in it's original condition and not show any signs of wash, use or damage (otherwise it will not be accepted for exchange).

Refunds & exchanges will be processed once the items have been returned and checked over.
