No products sold in the shop are indestructible. However, to ensure that they keep at the best quality and last longer, please consider these steps in caring well for your product.

Embroidered Apparel:

•Wash inside out on a 20 or 30 degree wash.
•Do not tumble dry.
•Ironing over the embroidery is okay.

Printed Apparel:

•Wash inside-out on a 20 or 30 degree wash (do not wash hotter than this as it may ruin the print - causing it to crack)
•Do not tumble dry.
•Do not iron over the print.

Pet Accessories:

It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly check for any signs of wear & tear on the pet accessories.

•Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
•Handwash in cool water or wipe gently with a warm damp cloth.
•Air dry.

The Collars are not break-away, so please ensure your pets are not left unattended in your home whilst wearing them.

Plushies:

•Hand-Wash only in cool water and air dry.
